Doesn't aging suck?
I probably don't have to remind you.
Joint aches, hip pain, wrist injuries...and of course that damn shoulder that never really heals.
But in spite of this, we forge ahead.
Yet more heavy weight training, squats, bench press...is not the answer.
I'm not telling you to stop training...
I'm telling you that if you are over 30, it's time to make a simple change.
You aren't meant to workout like you're a teenager anymore - your body requires a different form of fitness to heal and grow stronger.
To safety and effectively hit the gym or continue an active lifestyle, you need a foundation of functional strength and mobility.
Your body and mind will thank you.
