What is Qigong and why should I learn it? 
QiGong is a millennia-old system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, longevity and martial-arts training. It is a system designed to transform the physical body into a vehicle for higher states of consciousness.

With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chee") translated as "life force energy".
In this training, you will learn the basics of this ancient art, the cutting edge science behind it and how it to incorporate it into your daily life for the evolution of yourself and those around you.

You will experience new levels of calm, clarity, energy and vigor as a result of this training.
